This page is a placeholder disclosure until formal legal review. It states how the product is designed to behave — not a finished legal notice.

Longstory may generate plain-language explanations and answers from documents you add. Generated prose is set in a serif typeface so you can tell authorship at a glance.

• Grounded only in your records. The product is not meant to invent clinical facts from elsewhere.
• Every generated sentence carries a citation to a source page — or the interface says “Not in these records.” There is no third state.
• It never diagnoses. No symptom checking, no “do I have X,” no treatment or dosage advice, and no claim that a value is “normal” unless that wording is quoted from a document you own.
• Confidence is three words, never a percentage: Found it / Partly answered / Not in these records.

If something looks wrong, the app includes a way to report an AI error so a person can review it. Response times will only be promised once a review queue is staffed.

Dummy orientation for layout: generated sentences use a serif typeface; facts quoted from a document use a sans; values, dates and citations use monospace. Authorship should be visible from letterform alone.
