Does Longstory diagnose or give medical advice?
No. It never diagnoses, checks symptoms, or gives treatment or dosage advice. It helps you read and organise records you already have.
Where do the answers come from?
Only from your own documents. Every generated sentence carries a citation to a source page — or the app says “Not in these records.” There is no third state.
Do you sell my data or train on it?
No. Your records are never sold and never used to train anything.
What happens if my subscription lapses?
Reading always works. Your timeline, search, documents and export stay available and fully featured. Nothing gets a padlock.
